Wentzville Crossroads Market Place

This project consists of a 20-acre redevelopment and expansion of the existing Wal-Mart Supercenter in Wentzville, Missouri.  The Supercenter will be expanded 68,000 square feet, including new Grocery, Storage, Garden Center, and two Vestibules.  Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, paving, utilities, striping, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Design completed Spring '06.
