Providence Estates - in Foristell, MO - Cochran designed the 382 lot subdivision, Providence Estates, located in the City of Foristell, Missouri.  The design of this project is on-going.

Wentzville Bluffs - in Wentzville, MO - Cochran designed the 39 acre commercial development which includes a large retail user and several smaller retail users.  The design of this project is on-going.

Residential Development - Greg Hasty - in Camdenton, MO - Cochran has prepared the sewer and water design for the 400 lot subdivision in Camdenton, MO.  The design included the largest pump station in the City of Camdenton.  The Phase I design is scheduled to be completed in the Winter 2007.  The next phases are an on-going project.

Menard's Conceptual Layout - in Ottawa, IL - Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layout, site utility design, grading, city approvals and permitting - design scheduled to be completed in Fall 2009.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter – in the township of Newberry, PA – Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, construction plans and specifications, and construction management for the new commercial center in Newberry, PA.  The Newberry Centre now provides a Wal-Mart Supercenter, a stripcenter, and a number of lots for smaller businesses - designed scheduled to be completed in Spring 2008.

Grand View Hills Subdivision - in Wood River, IL - Cochran performed all aspects of Civil Site Design, including: conceptual layouts, surveying, city, county, and state approvals and permits, grading, watermains, storm and sanitary sewers, stormwater control plans and detention design, roads, and final construction plans.  Phase I designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 07.  Phase II designed scheduled to be completed Summer 08.

Town of West Sullivan - Water and Sewer - in Sullivan, MO - Cochran prepared a Preliminary Engineering Report which provided basic services to replace failing wells and private septic systems, new deep wells, and water storage tank and distribution system design.  Cochran was granted funding assistance by USDA-RD and CDBG - designed scheduled to be completed in Summer 2008.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter (203,000 s.f.) - in Arnold, MO - Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  The development has the new Wal-Mart, 3 outlots, and a parking lot relocation for the Arnold church of Christ - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008.

Cooper County PWSD #2 - Wells and Tanks - in Boonville, MO - Cochran performed the engineering and design for two water storage tanks and two deep wells.  Design based on recommendations in Master Plan to allow the water district to discontinue purchasing water from the City of Boonville, MO - design scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008.

Patients First Addition - in Washington, MO - Cochran performed all aspects of site development design, including: conceptual layouts, surveying, grading, watermains, storm and sanitary sewers, stormwater control plans and detention design, roads, and final construction plans - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008.

Weber Hills Villas - Cochran performed all aspects of Civil Site Design, including: conceptual layouts, surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, storm and sanitary sewer, stormwater control plan and detention design, utilities, community center, and final construction plans - design scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008.

City of Berger - Wasterwater System - in Berger, MO - Cochran designed a collection system and WWTP to serve the City of Berger.  Cochran was granted funding assistance by USDA-RD - design scheduled to be completed in Fall 2008.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter (203,000 s.f.) - in Wood River, IL - Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Completed in Summer 2007.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter (86-acre tract) – Ottawa, IL – Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, construction plans and specifications, and construction management for the new commercial center in Ottawa, Illinois.  The Ottawa Centre now provides a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Menards stripcenter, and a number of lots for smaller businesses.  Design completed Summer 2007.

City of Festus - West City Park Resurfacing Book Project - in Festus, MO - Cochran prepared bid documents and specifications to overlay all gravel roads in City Park.  In addition we will perform all inspection and testing services.  Completed in Summer 2007.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter (203,000 s.f.) - in Collinsville, IL - Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Completed in Summer 2007.

Franklin County Water System Improvements - in Washington, MO - Cochran performed all the construction testing and inspection along St. John's Road and old Highway 100.  Completed in Summer 2007.

New Wastewater Treatment Facility – Foristell, MO - study and design of a complete 0.5 MGD membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment facility, expandable to 1.0 MGD; including receiving stream impact study – construction scheduled for completion Summer 2007.

New Wright City Elementary School – in Foristell, MO - Cochran designed a 12.6 acre site for a new elementary school for the Wright City R-II School District - design scheduled to be completed in Summer 2007.

Commercial Development – in Harrisburg, IL – Cochran performed all site development for this commercial site development.  The development is a retail complex which is 32,000 s.f. (4.31 acres), with two outlots (1.27 acres and 1.09 acres) - design scheduled to be completed in Summer 2007.

Gala Event Center and Restaurant - in Union, MO - Cochran designed architectural work on this regional banquet center adjacent to East Central College in Union, MO.  We will be designing 2 large banquet rooms, a small conference room, along with a connected stand-alone restaurant facility.  The bell tower and courtyard design will emulate an "old-world" Italian-style design, with stone, stucco and clay tile roofing - construction scheduled to begin Summer 2007.

Crider Health Center - in Wentzville, MO - Cochran designed the architectural work on these two renovation projects, as part of a master plan.  Cochran assisted in launching their new image as a health center - offering comprehensive health services to all people.  The design included a new family practice medical office, upgrading the lobby and reception area to project a more approachable image, and new headquarters for the administration.  Design scheduled to be completed in Summer 2007.

United Bank of Union Sign - in Union, MO - Cochran performed the design of the United Bank of Union sign by matching existing bank materials and architectural style.  The design consisted of the sign, the planter, and the electronic banner.  Design completed in Summer 2007.

Grand View Hills Offsite Watermain Extension - in Wood River, IL - Cochran performed all aspects of Civil Site Design for the watermain extension for a residential development, including surveying, hydraulic analysis for potable water and fire protection, negotiate and procure easements through private property, city and state approvals and permits, as well as final construction plans - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2007.

Villages of Huntleigh Ridge - in Wentzville, MO - Cochran designed the 537 lot subdivision, the Villages of Huntleigh Ridge, located in Wentzville, Missouri - design scheduled to be completed in Fall 2007.

Hawk Ridge Park - Lake St. Louis, MO - Cochran performed the architectural design for the restroom and pavilion for a new handicap accessible park (Zachary's Playpark) - design scheduled to be completed in Fall, 2007. 

City of Camdenton - Water and Sewer - in Camdenton, MO - Cochran designed a water and sewer system to allow the City to expand infrastructure to meet growth for a 20-year study period.  Software planning tools provided will allow the City to transition to GIS when desired - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2007.

Roadway and Bridge Rehabilitation Project – Church Street – City of Union – includes land surveying, asphalt resurfacing, bridge replacement, sidewalks, driveway approaches, curb and gutter - design scheduled to be complete Fall 2007.

St. Charles Hardwoods - in Fenton, MO - Cochran designed architectural work on this retail facility, which is the fastest growing wood retailer.  We utilized various types of masonry for an "old-time" feel, along with a pre-engineered structure for economy - construction scheduled to be completed Fall 2007.

St. Charles County PWSD #2 - Well, Tank & WWTP - in Foristell, MO - Cochran designed deep well, elevated water storage tank and MBR WWTP to serve the City of Foristell, MO north of I-70.  The WWTP Phase I capacity is 0.25 MGD with future expansion to 1.0 MGD - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2007.

Cole County PWSD #1 - New Tank & Well Site - in Jefferson City, MO - Cochran designed an elevated storage tank and deep well to serve the southwest portion of the water district - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2007.

MSD - Baumgartner Sanitary Relief Project - location: Lakeview Heights Road to Baumgartner Road and the Mattese Creek Sewer in South St. Louis County.  Project was contracted by the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to study, model, design, and prepare complete plans and specifications for the Baumgartner Sanitary Relief project.  Cochran replaced approximately 3,100 feet of 12 inch to 18 inch sanitary sewers and appurtenances - designed scheduled to be completed in Fall 2007.

Whitmoor Subdivision - Resurfacing and Inspection - Cochran prepared bid documents to mill and resurface 10.5 miles of residential streets.  Also, we will perform all inspection & testing services during construction - designed to be completed in Fall 2007.

City of Sullivan - East & West Springfield Road - in Sullivan, MO - Survey and design an arterial road (Old Highway 66) rehabilitation and widening project.  Cochran performed all design improvements - widening, from two lanes to three lanes, sidewalks, storm sewers, street trees, 12" water main, resurfacing, striping, traffic control, and construction phasing - designed scheduled to be completed in Winter 2007.

New Office and Warehouse Addition (52,000 sf) – Rexam Plastic Containers – Union, MO – full architectural and engineering design, including bidding documents and construction administration.  Cochran created new professional, corporate image, matching architectural style of European counterpart – construction scheduled to be completed in Winter 2007.

New Office and Warehouse Addition – Parkway Corporation - Lake St. Louis, MO - Cochran performed architectural design to the Parkway Corporation by incorporating "green" building materials for a contemporary, sleek upgrade to a pre-engineered metal building - designed scheduled to be completed in Winter 2007.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter - in Godfrey, IL - Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Development includes the Wal-Mart, small shops, and five outlots - design scheduled to be completed in Winter 2007.

Bridge Replacement – Little Spring Creek Bridge – Franklin County Highway Department – Cochran to provide land surveying, bridge design, construction testing and inspection - scheduled to be complete Winter 2007.

Power Center Development (86-acre tract) – Ottawa, IL – Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Design completed Spring 2006.

New Wal-Mart Supercenter (25-acre tract) – Versailles, MO – Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Design completed Spring 2006.

Wal-Mart Expansion (20-acre tract) – Wentzville, MO – Wal-Mart Supercenter Expansion – Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Design completed Spring 2006.

City Wide Water System Improvements – De Soto, MO – designing 1,000,000 gallon water reservoir, 500,000 gallon water tank, 500 gpm deep well and pump, SCADA system, existing well inspection and repairs, including full bidding packages – design scheduled to be complete Fall 2006.

Roadway Rehabilitation Project – Washington Avenue – City of Union, MO – asphalt resurfacing, sidewalks, curb and gutter - design scheduled to be complete Fall 2006

Bridge Replacement – Shotwell Road Bridge – Franklin County Highway Department – Cochran to provide land surveying, bridge design, construction testing and inspection - scheduled to be complete Fall 2006.

Roadway Widening – Clark Street – City of De Soto - asphalt resurfacing, pavement widening, culvert design, drainage improvements - design scheduled to be complete Fall 2006. 

Residential Development - Village of Innsbrook, MO – Cochran has performed all facilities design since 1998 for the Village.  Recently, we designed a 72,000 GPD treatment plant, and a 100,000 gallon water tower. 

Municipal Airport – City of St. Clair, MO – rehabilitation project, including resurfacing, grading, and slurry seal.  Design completed Winter 2006.

New Office and Manufacturing Facility (40,000 sf) – Pacific Valley Dairy - Pacific, MO - Cochran performed the architectural design for this 40,000 sf office and manufacturing facility, which is an ice cream mix processing plant.  Cochran included state-of-the-art dairy processing equipment and control lab, with stringent requirements for FDA approvals, and included a large freezer, refrigerator, and cold dock.  Design completed in Winter 2006.

Power Center Development (75-acre tract) – Wood River, IL – Cochran performed all aspects of civil site design, including: conceptual layouts, land surveying, city approvals, permits, grading, utilities, landscaping, and construction plans and specifications.  Design completed Winter 2006.
