The project consisted of the installation of new sidewalks along Coeur DeVille Road in the City of Creve Coeur. Main features of the project included:  new sidewalk, curb, decorative fence, retaining wall, ADA ramp installation, landscaping, MoDOT permitting and storm sewer modifications.

Professional services performed by Cochran include:  topographic survey, sidewalk design, grading, construction documents, acquiring permits from MoDOT, storm sewer design and public presentation to the neighborhood association.

The Contractor for this project was Kelpe Construction.
