The water system improvements for the Village of Oak Grove,
consisted of construction of a wood frame building to house a water
treatment facility including all footings, framework, roofing, etc.
Construction of all piping necessary for the transfer of potable
water including interior and exterior piping. Electric work to
provide building electricity, equipment installation, and water
system control. Professional services provided by Cochran include: topographic survey, full design plans, construction
bidding documents, water treatment design, engineering report and
permitting.

Building; Central Electric, Electric; Caldwell Tanks, Water Tower
and Pondrum plumbing for the utilities. |
