| Mr.
Tary Todd, P.E., Director of Bridge Design, is responsible for the
technical work and overall project management of our bridge
projects. Mr. Todd has been involved with the design,
management and construction of off-system and non off-system bridge
projects throughout the state of Missouri. His design
experience involves structures utilizing pre-cast, pre-stressed
concrete members, structural steel plate girders, post-tensioned
concrete members, reinforced concrete box culverts and large
diameter corrugated metal pipes. He also has considerable
experience in bridge rehabilitation work and working with county
bridge crews. Mr. Todd has also performed the production and
review of shop drawings for several clients.
